At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchases made through our online store.
As a small business, our brick-and-mortar location does not accept returns, and we maintain the same policy for online purchases to ensure consistency across all sales channels.

Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that shipping accidents can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

- Photos of the original packaging
- Your order number
Claims submitted without photographic proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If approved, we will work with you to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.
